TNN shall not be accountable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of our site. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our site for any reason and to take any other steps that The TNN feels are in the best interests of our company and our users as a whole.

Registration

We provide you access to our sites' registration sections subject to the following conditions:

i) Your email address and password are personal to you and may not be used to access the site by anyone else.

ii) You have completed 18 (eighteen) years of age. If not, your registration shall be subject to your Guardian’s approval for usage by you. The onus is on you to provide true age in the case of a minor.

If it is found that you have enabled or allowed anyone else to access the site using your login credentials, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to revoke, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site and block access to all users from that IP address, and we reserve the right to seek damages from you. Further, we shall have no liability towards you not limited to a refund of your subscription amount which shall stand forfeited.

TNN may terminate or restrict your use of the Sites or any part of the Sites at any time for any reason without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Sites affected by such termination or restriction.

Any Content you post will be subject to applicable laws and may be disabled or investigated in accordance with applicable laws. Furthermore, if you are found to be in violation of the laws and regulations, these terms, or the Site's privacy policy, we reserve the right to terminate your account / block your access to / usage of the Site, fully or partially, and we reserve the right to immediately remove any non-compliant Content/comment uploaded by you without liability, and we reserve the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to The Nous Network under the applicable laws.
